Nope, it's just on the floor. I know he can't be confused.
I'm training my puppy to go outside too mostly. I just put the pee pad down in the room while I'm at work because I know she can't hold it all day... But I take her out in the morning and right after I get home and several times after that. I'm hoping when she gets older and can hold it longer I can get rid of the pads completely. But for now....
