Peeing Every 20 Minutes

I have a problem that I have had since I brought Toby home at 9 weeks. He pees constantly. He was pee pee pad trained, but for the last month I have been trying to outside train. He goes when you take him outside, but if you don't do it every 20 to 30 minutes he will pee somewhere in the house. I have had his urine checked for bladder infection and such but the tests came back normal. He will pee on the kids bed, dirty laundry on the floor, anywhere. He also used to pee on area rugs, but I have removed every single one...I think he thought they were pee pee pads. I am at my wits end. Will this every get better. He is almost 6 months old now and is not neutered. I have been told this may help if he is marking. He can hold his pee pee because i have him in a crate while at work. Sometimes he doesn't pee in it all day and others just before I get home as it is fresh. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have been having the same problem with Copper. I took him to the vet today for his second round of shots and the vet checked the urine...He said that I should start restricting the water...it is just a bad habit he has gotten into. He said that copper should be getting only 2 1/2 oz. of water a day for his size....2.2 lbs. He is 11 1/2 weeks old.

I guess Alex must have been easy to potty train. Yet, I did have him out every 30 minutes at least. If he ate, woke up from a nap, drank or played (don't think I am missing anything) I scooped him up and out we went. For the first couple of months my life revovled around him and that meant taking him out ALL the time...He picked up on it pretty quickly...
