| Should I or shouldnt I ????? I have lucy trained on pee pads in one area in the house and she does great. Ricky our new little guy came home 2 weeks ago and followed lucy right to the pee pad and did his business and did so for the last 2 weeks now he has found a new spot to pee and poo in the house not on the pad. Should I put a pee pad in that new spot or keep working with him to go to the original spot? I figured he did so well at the beginning because he was marking his territory and now wants his own spot. What do you think???

| I wopuld put a pee pad in that spot and the gradually move it toward the other one. Or you could try setting his bed or toybos on top of the spot. When I first got my two I put the pee pads where ever they wanted to go and just gradually eliminated them as they became accustomed to using the pads exclusively. They still have occasional accidents, but if they have them repeatedly in the same spot I put a pad back in that spot for a while. |
