I wopuld put a pee pad in that spot and the gradually move it toward the other one. Or you could try setting his bed or toybos on top of the spot.

When I first got my two I put the pee pads where ever they wanted to go and just gradually eliminated them as they became accustomed to using the pads exclusively. They still have occasional accidents, but if they have them repeatedly in the same spot I put a pad back in that spot for a while.
