No More Leash Biting I figured out how to keep you from buying new leashes ever week. I was going through a leash a week until i thought about buying a chain leash. My 1 year old doesnt even bite the nylon leash anymore. Works Great!

what i did was purchase a chain leash and everytime my pup would try to bite it or chew on it he would not like how it felt. Eventually he just stopped worrying about the leash and doesnt mind it anymore!

Neat! That is a good idea. I dunno, but mine have never bitten their leash. I guess they are just too wild and crazy and love their walks too much to bite the leash.

My dog always bites the leash and puts it in his mouth once it is on. He doesn't bite through it through, he just does it so he is more in control of the walking. It's kind of like a bite the leash, tug on me to come on motion. That was a great idea about having a chain leash for awhile until they realized it wasn't going to feel good to bite on it!
