Gracie does the same thing she just keeps digging and digging my bed i never new why thought it was a little odd! lol

Sadie does that everytime she lays down with me...When we go to bed for the night she digs at the sheets like a little maniac LOL! She will also do this if she is wet, after a bath or coming in from outside is the grass is damp. (when wet) she is trying to dry off. But, other than that I would say she is trying to arrange (what ever she is digging at) to make it comfy for her.

Buckeye must be the lazy one in the group. he digs on my arm until I lift the sheet. He then goes under and that is that. lol
mine even do this when they are trying to dry out after a bath.

Kiki do the same thing. He does it every time he is getting ready to go to sleep.

Jewels does it to her beds and and the couch. She never trys to dig outside in the dirt though.

Kiki is the same way. I've never seen him digging a hole in the dirt outside.

Googloe does it too! He's ot harming anything, so we let him 'go to town' when he starts his phantom digging.

And here I thought that Stanley was just plain out weird! I'm so glad to see all your replies, it has at least helped me understand him a little bit better.
