| Excited tinkling! Do you guys have a problem of whenever someone comes over, You're yorkie tinkles! Whenever we see people Tila pees! It's ridiculous! Everyone comes inside and we yell at them to go to the paper before they touch her! And when we're out she gets so excited when she sees people! How can I stop this, or at least make it happen less? |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | is she still a puppy? if so then this might go away with age. either way, you'll want people to start ignoring her when they enter the house. tell them not to acknowledge her until she's calm. she'll learn that nobody will pet her when she's going nuts with excitement and that she has to be calm like a good girl to get attention. |

| She's nearly 6 months, so maybe it will. Gosh I hope so. But we'll try that, but some people are so irratating they go "oh but she's so cute" and I'm like, she isn't that cute when she's peeing all over your shirt, but hey your call! Thanks! |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | My Pom did that when she was a puppy. She did grow out of it.

| It's called Submissive Urination. It wouldn't hurt to sign up for a training class with a positive reinforcement trainer to build her confidence. That's the technical term though - so at least you can google it. Hope it helps!

| My SIL's pom is like almost 4 years old and still does it. When I go to her house, I have to walk out and say hi to the dog outside or she'll pee all over, and its not just when she's happy, when something scares her she pees too. Sometimes she even does it if you just look at her. I hope yours grows out of it! |

| Tucker did it all of the time. He finally outgrew it recently. (he is 13 months old) We would ignore him when we came in, but it was very hard!
