My SIL's pom is like almost 4 years old and still does it. When I go to her house, I have to walk out and say hi to the dog outside or she'll pee all over, and its not just when she's happy, when something scares her she pees too. Sometimes she even does it if you just look at her. I hope yours grows out of it!
