How to get puppy to pee on weewee pad?

this is what i did to pee pad train bunjee. first in confined him to a small space, about 4x12 space in my kitchen. i laid a potty pad down in the area where i wanted him to go pee and brought him to it every hour on a regular schedule. but whenever he pee'd off the pad, i cleaned it up and then laid a potty pad down in that spot as well. i find that he actually had a "favorite spot" to pee regardless of how much i clean it. of course, i give the "go potty" command when i see him sniffing on the potty pad. and i keep giving the command when he is in the process of peeing. then when he's done, he say "good potty" and give him lots of praises and treats.

eventually, i'll move the potty pads around to where i want him to pee and he'll go where i want. now he'll knows exactly where the potty pad is and will go to the potty pad for pee and poo. although i can always put it down somewhere whether it's outside or in other people's homes and if he needs to go, he'll go on command on the potty pad. if he doesn't need to go, he'll sniff, then just look at me.
