Putting your dog on a feeding schedule and taking the water up and only leaving the food down for twenty minutes is a must if you want to see success!The quicker you get them on a routine and or schedule the better you will be for your sake as well as theirs.

ok, I may in a world of my own but I'm planning Zoe to be an indoor dog. He is pee pad trained and I was hoping to stay this way. I will take him out on walks and go to the park but I would rather him go on pads indoors. Is this a bad idea? Ideally, I would want both. I would want him to go outside AND in but I know its a hard task so I picked indoors.

Matthias and Cinamin are both indoor dogs. But they both use the bathroom outside. I think it's disgusting to have a dog mess in the house all the time. After a while, the stink would get to me. But that's just me.

Anyway, even if your dog is an indoor dog, it can still be trained to go out for eliminations.
