| Need help re-training on pee pads I have an almost 3 year old female yorkie. When I got her as a puppy, with my work schedule, I didn't take the necessary time to get her trained on using a pee paid very well. She currently will go in the vicinity of the pee pad so she halfway knows what to do. I really need to get her trained better. I am at home with her full time now so that will make things easier. My problem is that she is not comfortable with going in front of anyone. She will either sneak off and go when no one is watching. She refuses to go if you are standing with her or if she knows that you are watching. So leading her to the pee pad doesn't work. Does anyone have any advice to offer? Thank you in advance. |

| Mine are stubborn little devils. What I do and I know it isn't the right solution but works for me is I put multiple pee pads, layering them until I have a whole area of pee pads. For the most part that works. Bella is actually better than Thumper at using them. The issue I am having is even though they are down they sometimes will go somewhere else or not poop on them. Its a constant work in progress.
