Awe Teri I am sorry I know how you feel Georgie still has "accidents" and he is 8. I know not very reassuring just know with training and being diligent Galen will get it. I am convinced Georgie has his "accidents" to get back at us when we go on vacation lol. Others tell me we have ghost dog in the house that has the accidents hahahaha. Anyways, I am sure it will get better

Maybe both Galen could also benefit from some leash/umbilical training. It will give you a little more control of where they are and you can catch them before they have a chance to run off to potty in the house. Also Teri, sound like Mr. Galen may need a trip outdoors during the night in order to get him through the night. So grab your flash light and your Cheerios !

Play time is the wore, you just never know when it coming. Its best to take a break after every 15-20 mins and take them out or to the potty pads. Definitely after every play time.

You will find many tips on training that I've used for my pups with great success. There is some info on the leash training but you may need to do a bit more research on the proper way to use that.

This morning I got up at 4:45 and woke him lol he loves to do zoomies. It is amazing that someone so small can run so fast. We are going to puppy training cause I can not get him to come. I tried everything. He is one stubborn little Biewer lol

And yeah, Cookie is so fast too. I like to run around with her outside, but she is always no more than a step behind me unless I get a really good jump lol.

I just want to cry. I know sounds silly. My sister (we do not live close to each other) called me up and was telling me how great her puppy is doing potty training. She is so excited. Me . . I cleaned up pee earlier. The worse part is since her pup came home at 7 weeks he wants to go out and at 9 weeks tomorrow he is holding it all day. (I know don't get me started on the going out at 7 weeks)

He does great and then he pees in the crate or poop on the floor. He doesn't right at the moment try to tell me he has to go out. I just watch the signs.

I do understand that the puppy on Monday was 24 lbs. and Galen is only 3 lbs 10 ozs. I also know that these little ones are hard to potty train. But I feel like I am failing.

My sister got a Neapolitan Mastiff puppy

Wait until that mastiff has an accident and then you can talk about Galen's only needing one paper towel to clean. I had a mastiff, something like 160-200 lbs, who never had accidents unless there was a huge thunderstorm, in which case she'd jump on every bed in the house and pee and occasionally drop a deuce on the living room floor. Now that was a nightmare to clean.

LOL, now Cookie is back to being her pretty well-trained self. She had one accident last night before bed when I should have taken her out, but was otherwise good.

And now no accidents period today with Lil Cook. I wonder if it's the rebellious terrier spirit or the very hot day that made her go inside 4 times a couple of days ago (though it was even hotter today).
