| only using her pad 1x!!! oh my goodness, my lil chorkie is driving me CRAZY!!! before when she was first getting the hang of the puppy pads she was doing great, she would use her pad 2-3x depending on where her pee/poo landed (she never wanted her paws dirty) BUT NOW!!!! she will ONLY use it 1x even if she is going pee and poo at the same time she will pee, and then get off her pee pad and go poo like less than a foot away from her pad... THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!! what am i suppose to do about this, ive been trying to stay on top of it but when she does that theres not enough time to change her pad so she can go poo on a fresh clean one, wtf! and if she poops on one i can it up and it is clean enough for her to use again, but come on now...shouldnt have to change it after she pees 1x... what can i do to get her to stop doing this? |

| I'll be watching this thread for suggestions. This has been Khaleesi's latest thing, too. I keep out two and she will pp on one and poo on the other. And if one has been used she wants to go next to it! This is a new development after I thought she was pretty solidly trained. |

YT 1000 Club Member | Can you maybe fold over the side of the pad that is soiled so that only the dry, unused section is exposed? This will prevent her from the icky feeling of stepping on a "wet" pad.

| emy only uses her peepad once also....and she won't poop on a peepad. I've gone through a ton of peepads, but I buy them by the case at sams...since she's gotten older now (8 months)..she doesn't pee as much, so I'm not using as many now...and lately she has decided not to use a peepad at all, she will pee right next to it on the floor....! |

| Ziva(trained with newspaper) was peeing so close to the edge the pee was rolling off so I put a plastic tote cover underneath so she had to step up a little and was easy enough to disinfect/rinse off. When we got Abby she had her pads in her expen and I did the same with an upside down lid, the stepping up made sure she was in the right place and she has become quite good about peeing in each corner before I change it. |

I used a cheapo kitty litter pan I got from Walmart when we were training Uni. She was similar in that she did not want to use the same pad twice during the same "sitting". So we had a pad in every bathroom of the house. She would pee on the downstairs one, then run upstairs to go poop.

| Have you thought about using two pads next to each other, and also how about trying washable pads?

| I used to two potty pads side by side but then I got tired of spending all that money for potty pads. Now I have the washable pee pads and they are huge, they are like 34x34. I bought 4 of them on amazon for 43.00. Now Brandi will pee and poop on them multiple times. I think because the potty pads actually look like an area rug is the reason why Brandi is now peeing on them more than once. |
