I know, that's what worries me is her not eating the whole piece. If she turns up her nose after the first couple chews, I can't force her to eat if she doesn't want to....maybe I should wait till she's hungry before mealtime......

Maybe try breaking it up and wrapping each piece around cheese. My mom had to do this with her scottie because she would not have anything to do with anything medicine related. It's like she knew what it was when she saw it lol

The Buddy Belt is a breeze to put on, stick front legs in holes and buckle. My vet told me to wait to start heartworm med till Zachary got his last shots which he did a couple of days ago.

ALL 6 of my guys LOVE their Heartguard and I give it to them before breakfast so I am sure they are hungry. Gotta watch that someone doesn't steal from someone else.

well guess my worries were for nothing..She couldn't eat it fast enough!!!...She loved it....was sniffing the floor for any little crumb that
may have been left.
