| Ok, I had to post on this one! When I decided to get a yorkie, I wanted a girl. Well, the litter turned out to be two boys. I went to see them on the second week, and the third week, etc. Copper, as tiny as 3 weeks crawled into my lap and snuggled into my long sweater. I was sold. I can't remember why I wanted a girl now. I had him neutered before 6 months. He is devoted to me and the biggest cuddle bug. I make him fancy harness vests and he is a doll! If I ever got another, it would be a boy. Best wishes with your furbaby. Don't even hesitate on the boy. Let us know how it goes!

| I super wanted a baby girl the first time around, ended up falling in love with the boy instead and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. My little boy was the bast puppy, he was easily trained and the sweetest cuddle bug. Even now he is sleeping on my lap while the girl I finally got is running around chewing on a frisbee. Not that I dont love my girl, but shes more of a daddy's girl. She doesnt like dresses and shes much more rough and tumble but that might just be her personality. I'm sure your little boy will be great, please invest in puppy classes, I think they really made an impact on how he turned out.

I had a girl yorkie mix and now a boy. It is the personalities that make them who they are... I read some where a gender generalization is boys get close to human females and girls to human males. I did find that with my Roxy, although she was never fond of my ex, I got her just before I seperated from him and she may have picked up on that. She loved everyone but was drawn to nice men. Oliver loves equally right now, strangers...etc. haha he's just a love bug and social butterfly!! PS, my yorkie girl, lifted her leg to pee, although she never peed on anything other than grass...leg was always lifted a little. haha cracked me up.

| I will be mommie to a little girl Yorkie. I chose a girl mainly because she will be with my daughter`s dogs every day , and they are both males. I thought she might fit in better. Also I love to sew, and am working on little dresses and skirts for her. Of course you can make clothes for a male too. They are both so cute. |
