| ![]() I see now that Zeli is 3 years old. Definitely need to get her to poop or take her to the vet. Check her rear anal area for swelling or any abnormalities. There are so many things that this could be: constipation, intestinal blockage (any vomiting? take her to the ER tonight), anal gland problems, megacolon..... Definitely don't let this go another day.

| ![]() Of course, about an hour after I posted she whined at me so (really just out of desperation) I took her outside and after a quick walk *voila!* she pooped! This is the FIRST time she has pooped when I took her outside since I got her! Hooray! ![]() |

| ![]() Mine normally do not poop more than twice a day. I feed a premium food. Anything unusual will change that though. Feed them a table scrap and they will get the runs every time. I try to make sure everyone knows that but some people do not seem to believe it until I have to deal with the problem! Normally though, we are just fine with kibble -- and 2 little tootsie roll-sized poops a day each.

| ![]() I can see that most of your yorkies poop about 2 times a day. My puppy poop 4 times a day, she is 14 weeks old and feed her Wellness dry food and innova wet. It seems a lot compare to your dogs ![]() |

Cody is 1-1/2 yrs old and he has always pooped 3-4 times/day. That's just his schedule. The type or brand of food has never made a difference in quanity or frequency. He has only eaten premium food his whole life (California Natural, Wellness, Blue Buffalo and at one point when we were checking for allergies, he ate grain free food. | |

My Teddy is now 2 years old, but he is a skinny boy with a very fast metabolism. He eats the same amount of food as his brother, who is 1.5 pounds bigger. Teddy usually poops 3 times a day. The important thing is that the poop is firm. If it is soft or runny at all, then you might be overfeeding or feeding the wrong thing. Consult your vet if you have concerns.

As far as going, mine will go pretty much 2x a day. Lately, in the past couple of days, they actually have gone 3x! I feed them Stella and Chewy's raw. But I have been giving them dried sweet potato chews too.

| ![]() Ellie has been a once a day pooper for many years on both kibble and homecooked. With her newer kibble, it seems to be once a day and sometimes I think she skips a day. When there is an intestinal upset or diet change and things are regulating, she has gone 3-4 days without.

| ![]() when I first got jess at 11 months old she sometimes went every two days...now she goes between once or twice a day and shes fine. I think they just need time to get into a rountine and feel comfortable. |

| ![]() Zeus will go once a day, but typically it's once every other day. Like others have said, it really depends on activity and diet. I'm sorry if I read over it...but how long ago did you get her?
