| My yorkie used to bark all the time too. When the phone rang. When the doorbell rang. Just from simply raising your voice, she barked. And if she saw a dog or cat outside, she would go hysterical barking by the window. And you could not calm her down. I would put Lacey in time out when the barking got on my nerves. Especially if we were trying to watch a program, sleep or are on the phone. I would open the door to the laundry room and say "Lacey, go to your room NOW" and sometimes she would just put that little head down. Then, go in her room. But, once I closed the door to the laundry room as her punishment, she would throw even a bigger fit. |
