| I had Zeus neutered at 5 mos. He never once marked until he turned 10 months old. He does it at the dog park and on walks. My parents came to visit with their male dog and I was so worried Zeus would mark in the house and he never did. Nor did he when we stayed at their house. |

The Yorkie boy I'm considering just turned 7 months old and the breeder agreed to have her vet do the neuter for me. I trust this breeder to do the right thing. Our breeder happily answered my questions about marking, but I wanted more input from YT. I really appreciate the benefit of a wide range of experience!

This past weekend, I took him to a Civil War battlefield where dogs are welcome and I had to drag him away before he "disrespected" the monument .

| That is hillarious! If dogs are allowed I am sure he would have not been the first to "disrespect" the monument. |

| Pretty much, until you get him nuetered/trained. Everytime you catch him lifting his leg, issue a loud no, even if he has the belly band on.
