Good post! I use my local PetSmart. And yes, I've heard the stories too. I truly believe that this is based on the store and it's staff and not the store itself. Sure, they probably get your usual "just out of grooming school" techs. with less experience. No doubt about it. But the Mgr. at my local PetSmart store is the best groomer I've come across. I have taken Sophie to other "private" groomers while the PetSmart groomer was on Materinity Leave. And none of them did near as nice a job as my PetSmart groomer. I couldn't WAIT till she came back from maternity leave. One groomer I took her too didn't even brush teeth! My Petsmart groomer loves Sophie and has had her since she was 12 weeks old. They know each other. I've now just purchased a Biewer a la Pom Pon and he will be going to her also. Some times it would take long for Sophie to get done but all I did was ask her when her "slow time" was and switched my grooming days. Now she's done in 2 hours or so and she gets the full package! PS: I've also learned a good tip is a great motivator too!

Well she inhaled it and when I was in bathroom getting ready she comes to me and starts whimpering so of course I took it as "Hey u take me out I need to poop" so I did and she did hahahha It was the cutest thing she actually squatted down n looked at me when she finished she ran to me for her treat... I'm still a little afraid to leave her in full kitchen.. Does anyone know what is the time mark on dogs being fully trained?

Thats so cute. I'm glad she's doing so good! I wish I could say I knew a time mark on when they are fully trained, but I think it's just when you feel comfortable. Capone hasn't had an accident in months and I still don't trust him, I just trust myself to take him when he needs to go.
