|  Potty Bell Training Okay, Dante pickd up on ringing the bell. BUT now he rings it every ten minutes. HE will potty only 40% of the time. I take him out, and don't allow him to rome. I tell him to go potty, and let him sniff around. If he doesn't potty I take him right back in. Sometimes he will only mark.Sometimes, he potty's, and other times he stands to look around or sniffs all around... What do I do? Thanks, Angie P.S. I'm so happy that he has learned to ring the bell, but he's driving my crazy...

| Ha! We call that bell-abuse! Bailey abused the bell quite often when she was a puppy. It gets much better as they get older!! Anyhow, I asked my trainer this exact question - and she said its okay to say "no" if you're certain that he doesn't have to potty. Good luck!!!

| Thanks for the inspiration. I sometimes take the bell down for an hour after he has rang it so many times within a set period. I just don't want to discorage him. Thank again.
