Okay, Dante pickd up on ringing the bell. BUT now he rings it every ten minutes. HE will potty only 40% of the time.
I take him out, and don't allow him to rome. I tell him to go potty, and let him sniff around. If he doesn't potty I take him right back in.
Sometimes he will only mark.Sometimes, he potty's, and other times he stands to look around or sniffs all around...
What do I do?

P.S. I'm so happy that he has learned to ring the bell, but he's driving my crazy...
