| ![]() Ok I got that stuff that you spray or drop on their puppy pad to attract them...ya so not only did it NOT work, but it made my WHOLE house smell like a big petting zoo, even though I was literally placing one drop of it on her pads (per directions). It's disgusting. Coco is perfect with her potty training now, only because I'm firm about time outs. She hates those.

| ![]() It really isn't necessary to buy the drop so your puppy will pee on the pad. All you do it put some of your puppies pee on the pad, it works the same. |

| ![]() You seem to be so against crating that I don't what to tell you. This will always happen. 3 pee pads is not training. Plastic on the carpet is not training. She simply has too much wiggle room and her bathroom is so big that it will be extremely difficult to get her to go in one spot. I really hope that you reconsider crating. Your dog is simply too young to have that much freedom. Trust me, your dog will be fine if you crate her. The crate you use now is not a crate at all. I used the spray stuff a few times too and it worked. She will pee on the pad if you use it but not all day. As long as you are not around and she has the run of the house she will never be house trained. My dog is 3 months old and I don't have these problems out of her. Crate her during the day, at night and whenever else you could. When you take her out the crate take her straight to the spot where you want her to pee/poo. While she's peeing/pooing use the command you want her to learn, whether it's "potty" or "pee" or whatever. As soon as she stops peeing/pooing you stop saying that word. I did this for one week and she was trained to go to the pad and pee/poo on command.

| ![]() Yes I think she has too big of an area too, we have Daisy in our Laundry room and she is doing very well with her housetraining, no accidents in a week! Yeah! She is 4 months old. We bought that spray stuff and it never worked for us either. Good luck and remember the key is to be patient, I know sometimes it is hard, but she will learn. Good luck!
