| ![]() I took my mothers **** zu over and they played, went for walks not growling or anything, which is unusual but we were happy. They are getting used to each other more. I am trying to socialize her more now. I took her for a walk this morning, thinking she is getting better, and she went to a small dog and started the growling, seem to be getting little aggressive but no biting, so i had to pull her back. I am trying not to pick her up when she is with other dogs, for what i been reading on the forums. She is fine around adults but not other dogs she doesnt know. |

| ![]() At six months old, your pup is probably not really showing signs of aggression, she is testing the waters, to determine what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. It also sounds like she is slowly becoming over protective of you. You are very perceptive to notice such subtle changes. Gentle scold her for growling. You might even try "time-out" for brief periods (5 minutes) in a crate that is isolated. Good luck and just keep on keeping on. Sounds like your baby is blessed with a wise, kind, Mom! ![]() |
