| potty issues i have a yorkie schnauzer mix and when i trained him he was very receptive i moved back home where there is a jack russell also a male and he is liter box trained but he goes potty on every thing and cries all the time these 2 dogs were together the first year of there life and only seperate for 1 1/2 why is he acting like this now im not there a lot but even when i am he is still like this |

| Aww poor guy. Transition is a hard thing. Maybe just give him some extra snuggles and reassuring. Also maybe he doesn't remember the other JR and is scared? I'm sorry I'm not much of a help, lol! I hope everything works out for you and your baby. Welcome to YT BTW! Nice to see more Ohioans join |

I would think that you may have to backtrack a little bit on the potty training. It's a whole new environment now. So, if it were me, I'd just take a few steps back to reinforce good training in both dogs. Give us a few more details, and I'm sure that you'll find some ideas and support here!!

| Welcome to YT. You may have to start from step one again, as sometimes a transition is hard on a dog. They have to get use to an entirely new environment, and that's hard enough. Plus he has a new buddy to get use to. Do they get along?

| they have been together now for two years but it just seems to get worse and they get along most of the time i just dont under stand his potty problem he will walk up to something look right at u and lift his leg he doesnt pee on my things but he does on my parents ,the childrens, furniture , groceries and his own things. he even goes ove to the litterbox and stops a few steps short and goes potty i always praise him when he does good and scold when i catch him doing bad. he is really nasty toward my sisters cats and he used to sleep with them.but he is listens to me on everything else all though noone can come neer me with out him spazing |
