If they've been apart, they probably have to start all over on figuring out where there are in the pack. Are they going to be staying together now? I would think that you may have to backtrack a little bit on the potty training. It's a whole new environment now. So, if it were me, I'd just take a few steps back to reinforce good training in both dogs.
