| Returning Destroyed Toys Hi .... I am wondering if any of you return toys that have been destroyed by your Yorkies? Today I purchased two new toys for Kiki from Petco and within 5 minutes they were both destroyed (stuffing and squeakers out). Honestly, I am so tired of cheap quality toys. I am going back tomorrow for a refund hopefully. I can't imagine what a large breed dog does to toys when Kiki is only 5.5 lbs. Anna http://www.dogster.com/dogs/511397 |

| I have. A while ago, I bought Rudy a stuffed toy from the Dr's Foster & Smith catolgue and within a half an hour the seams split on the toy. He is such an agressive chewer. I sent it back and they did give me a credit on my card. But till I payed to send it back, I'm still wondering if it was worth it.

| Hey, even if I get a store credit I can at least get Kiki a cute sweater there. Oetco has some really adorable sweaters and jackets. |

| I hope they give you a store credit. It is so much fun shopping for our furbabies. You will have to post a picture of Kiki, if you get her a cute sweater or jacket.

| That is so annoying. That's why I've decided to make my own toys.

YT 500 Club Member | I bought a cute squeaky ball a few years ago at Petsmart. It had a Christmas theme and was harder rubber. Then there were little Santa's all over the ball that stuck out. Sophie could hold the ball by grabbing hold of the little Santa's in her mouth. Trouble is, she chewed off the Santas quickly. They were rubber, but again harder. So I took it back and said that I felt this was a dangerous toy because small dogs could swallow the little Santa's and have an obstruction. They took it back and gave me my money back, but I doubt that they did anything about the safety issue.

| Those loofa dog toys Aubrey used to destroy them the same day I bought them, and also the cheap toys at Petsmart, he would destroy! They would always take them back. I show them my reciept then tell them I have a yorkie, which is not a big dog and they will take it back. |

| Returned the toys!! Hi ... I went to Petco today and returned the junk toys that she destroyed. Took a while for the cashier to figure out how to do the return since I had two different slips and I got a store credit. But I did find a good quality toy (I think) with my credit. Kiki is chewing on it right now and I don't see any loose strings or anything. It is called a "Heave A Beaver" Dog Toy Ring. It is a solid braided ring with a beaver printed fabric in the middle of it that is made of heavy duty material. I don't think her teeth will reach the fabric in the middle so for now she is biting on the hard rope. I took a photo but I don't know how to add it here. Oh well .... | They'll return it. PetSmart even refunds your money if you take an open bag of food your dog won't eat. |

| I didn't know they would refund for that. I've had toys fall apart within a few minutes also and just "trashed" them. I think people must think I'm nuts in stores, I pull on the toys seams and stuff to see if I think my "big ferocious" 4 lb dog can rip it to shreds, LOL. |
