I have. A while ago, I bought Rudy a stuffed toy from the Dr's Foster & Smith catolgue and within a half an hour the seams split on the toy.
He is such an agressive chewer. I sent it back and they did give me a credit on my card. But till I payed to send it back, I'm still wondering if it was worth it.
