| Poor Yorkie killed by another dog. Dog and owner wanted after Yorkshire Terrier Daisy was mauled to death in front of horrified onlookers | Mail Online Pisses me off when people don't put their dogs on leads, especially when their dogs are unsafe. That poor yorkie and owner. This is my worst nightmare. I hope they find the man who gave false phone number and address and he gets the book thrown at him. Clever of the Yorkie owner to have her wits enough to take his photo.

| all Uk members please read omg... my worst nightmare is correct!!! That poor girl to watch her dog killed like that. Please all yt members from the uk...look you may help find the owner who gave a false name and phone number... what kind of pos would have his dog off leash..see him kill a little yorkie lie and walk away. omg... I am sick. I know the uk has a different outlook on guns..as do I...but that would be one time I would wish I had one. Now..the question, do you use it on the aggressive dog or the pos owner??????

Trouble is, along with the 'other breeds we all know about', the Akita seems to be the 'must-have' dog for some types of thuggy people.... Only the other day, I saw a hoodie walking near us with 4 of them kind of attached to his belt.... Harry and I crossed the road at that point.... Such beautiful animals - no bad dogs.....just bad owners Sally x Quote:

YT 2000 Club Member | dog We live very close to a dog park. Today I watched a lady take her pit bull in there. Now all it takes is for that dog to get mad and attack. It is too risky to take your dog and let them off leash and run around and not know if some other dog will attack them. If you go to a dog park please keep in mind that could happen. Not enough time to get your little dog out of the teeth of another. I hate it when owners do not leash up their dog. I will never let mine run loose and when I walk them just up and down my street I am so careful and have stuff ready in case another dog attacks. |

| This would be my one big worry about having small dogs (and cats) if I lived in an urban area - the savages who don't bother to train their dogs but have them as some sort of penis-extension Thankfully here in rural Northumberland it's pretty safe but I'll still be keeping an eye open for any possible bigger dogs on the horizon once I do get my yorkie. Let's hope they catch the guy and give him a PROPER punishment!!! |

The one and only time I've had to intervene for Harry was, would you believe, with a Chihuaha???? It had Harry by the leg, Harry was trying to shake it off - the 'owners' were laughing - I was hollering at the owners, Harry was (20lbs worth) crying and trying to get to me....it was chaos and an absolute nightmare..... Sometimes, it's the smaller dogs that are snappier and more tenacious than the larger ones....Sally + Harry x | |
