This would be my one big worry about having small dogs (and cats) if I lived in an urban area - the savages who don't bother to train their dogs but have them as some sort of penis-extension
Thankfully here in rural Northumberland it's pretty safe but I'll still be keeping an eye open for any possible bigger dogs on the horizon once I do get my yorkie.
Let's hope they catch the guy and give him a PROPER punishment!!!
