Pisses me off when people don't put their dogs on leads, especially when their dogs are unsafe. That poor yorkie and owner. This is my worst nightmare. I hope they find the man who gave false phone number and address and he gets the book thrown at him. Clever of the Yorkie owner to have her wits enough to take his photo.

Trouble is, along with the 'other breeds we all know about', the Akita seems to be the 'must-have' dog for some types of thuggy people.... Only the other day, I saw a hoodie walking near us with 4 of them kind of attached to his belt.... Harry and I crossed the road at that point....
