| i have a question in the contract. it states this......"It is required that Buyer, place the puppy on NuVet Plus vitamins available at 1-800-474-7044 order code 91398. This health supplement will help protect the auto immune system of the puppy. If Buyer fails to place puppy on NuVet Plus vitamins the health guarantee and warranty will be null and void. " can someone please explain this to me. if you do not use this supplement, the contract is "VOID"? i have NEVER seen this in a contract before.

| Lorraine, Hm, it's great you go the extra mile for your dogs and it sounds like you're breeding on a very small scale...sounds perfect. Actually, I would've driven or flown myself to you for a puppy as I'd want to meet you as well and your dogs. I've imported, but I've usually already met the breeder either at a show or at least their dogs. One exception was from Wild Blue Cherry in Hungary. In reagards to the training, I am a trainer myself. All I do all day is train dogs of various ages/sexes/breeds/problems, so no money would be spent or time would be spent on me going to a potentially "bad trainer". There is no need for me to defend what I produce in regards of high scores and happy workers, they're abound. And no, I don't use treat training...go figure. I like consistent workers under heavy distractions thanks w/ loads of confidence, although I am glad that those other methods are out there. Thanks for being honest and keep up the good work. |

I can answer that. It is because Nu Vet offers a program to breeders. Every time a person purchases the vitamins, and enters the breeder's or who ever's code...that person receives a percentage of that sale. It's pretty clear to me why someone would require that in a contract...catch my drift? Last edited by ButterflyYorkie; 07-13-2007 at 09:13 AM. | |

| Come on, ladies. Clyde only has that appearance because the owner took pictures with a high resolution camera, and then put them on her site without properly adjusting the size. Hence the shinyness on his head. He's still a cutie pie.

| He does look like a monkey I think he's cute though. The fact that the guarantee is void if the buyer doesn't buy the vitamins is just UNREAL! Some supplements are great for people and pets but it's not going to prevent serious genetic conditions that a guarantee should cover. If there is no lemon law in that state you mabey can get away with it, but in MN that would not fly at all !! I am going to keep my comments to myself about the quality and amount of dogs, but that contract need to go!! |
