| cajuntoypuppies.com has anyone been involved with this breeder before? she has some cute puppies, and very close to where i live. I always cringe when someone uses the term "teacup" in a description, so im weary. i dont want to miss out on a pup due to poor choice of vocab, but after 26 years or breeding( according to her) she should be very aware that " teacup" is bad word in yorkie world. So ive been told. Either she is unaware, or its a sales tactic. Puppies are very cute, and they would fit in with our little guy, who is very small. we need a yorkie on the smaller end of the scale, in order to avoid any injuries/ size conflicts. He is 6 months, 3lbs and very healthy. just worried if we get another who ends up 10 lbs or more, might be worried when they rough house. thx Home |

I see HUGE red flags such as: very little info online, which makes me think shes been in business for 26 years under different names. Her contract in my opinnion sux and her website seems "very generic" and limited in information....I would not purchase from this "breeder"...IMHO

| This woman is using 3 and 4 lb females to breed! This is totally unacceptable and dangerous. Please continue to look for a reputable breeder.

| thank you. I feel like i just needed some confirmation of what i was feeling already. Its strange how i noticed all the little flags, but our desire to add a new yorkie to our home, and the fact she is 10 miles from our home, sort of clouds everything over. thanks again for taking the time to check out the website. appreciated |

| Oh man I wish I wouldn't have kept looking This is Poupee,Teomme's sister. Sadly she passed away giving birth. I really deeply miss her. She was the sweetest yorkie I could ask for. She never complained, not even at the last part of trying to give birth to 4 puppies. Poupee never will be forgotten, and I carry her with me in my heart each day. Teomme can be seem on my stud page. He has produce some of my smallest and cutest yorkie's. With faces like this, who could expect more then little baby dolls. Please visit them on my sold yorkie page.

| can i just add... it is so difficult to find anyone in Louisiana that i feel comfortable with. seems like there are yorkie breeders all over the place( around 2-3 hours) from me. All of their sites look just like the above. We were lucky with Dickie, because i am not confident he came from a very good breeder himself. Ive not been a truly lucky person my entire life, so im not one to think id be lucky twice in row. My wife and I want to be very careful this time, but its time. He is six months old, and due to his size, its so hard to socialize him. He loves people so much, but he just does not fit in around the dog parks.... we try. we want him to have a friend his size. we are so worried we might get a new yorkie who is to big for him, hurts him, or intimidatez him. we never expected him to be "tiny" but he is. little over 3lbs. does not take much to be larger than him. he wants to play with other dogs so bad, we can see it in his eyes, but we just cannot let him. we had a 8 week old lab almost swat him to death...a puppy. we just need a small yorkie. we are getting frustrated because we know he needs a friend, yet we dont want him to be threatend by a larger dog... really frustrated. then add to that, that i dont really have the time to travel more than 3-4 hours on a weekend to visit a breeder. uugghhh |

| its amazing that when i read your quotes, with a more objective eye, i can notice all the little mistakes; mostly spelling... " he has produce" ok if spell check corrects a text message, but on a professional website we should expect more..right? i truly hate that we are so ancy for a new yorkie. we dont want to make a mistake, but we dont want to wait too long either. seems like six months or 600 miles to make sure everythings perfect. we could pick up a yorkie on saturday if we wanted, but we just dont feel comfortable. we do not want to have a puppy on a plane either. want dickie to meet first, and feel like plane flights are pretty traumatic, even at 12 weeks. |

Don't even think of this place...and btw just because someone is on YT as a seller breeder, doesn't mean they are reputable either...just sayin... Always look for the red flags and ask for input from "us"!!

| i guess that might have promted that feeling ive had. something so perfect and cute it seemed wrong. around here, i get a bunch of websites that have perfect pictures... i think we have had a perfect boy, for 6 months, and ive still not had a perfect picture. i always wonder how people get a dog to sit still in an actual teacup, when we cant get a pretty well behaved dog to sit still in a 1000 square foot room? some of thes websites have 15 yorkies in pretty perfect poses. we are suckers i guess, which is why we brought it out here. our yorkie is do well behaved, but i still cant take a non bluury photo! |

| I loved her website, loved the great cajun music, admired all her beautiful little babies, then went to her breeding stock....and fell out of my chair! Had to re-read over and over, because I just couldnt believe what I was reading....her mommas are not even 4 lbs....most less than 3.8 lbs!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!! Mon Dieu! Les petite filles est tres petite!..... and then I read about Poupee.....how tragic for that precious little baby! If I had ever been responsible for doing that to such a sweet, precious baby that never complained, "even whil trying to give birth to 4 puppies"!!!! OMG!! I am dying here! I WOULD NEVER GET OVER THIS!! THAT LITTLE GIRL DEPENDED ON THIS WOMAN TO DO WHAT WAS BEST FOR HER, IN HER BEST INTEREST! SHE FAILED HER MISERABLY! This would absolutely KILL me!!! |

| Don't worry so much about size. Unless your current baby is extra fragile. My vet says pup's stop growing at 18 months. While he might not get much taller or longer, your pup might gain an extra pound or two between 12-24 months. My friend's yorkie had a growth spurt at 24 months. She use to be just a little bit shorter than my pup, but now he's the short one! he still might have some growing to do. And like you said, how lucky can you get to find 2 healthy pups from bad breeders. Lightning rarely strikes twice. Good luck on your search.

| Disheartening This is disappointing... no good breeders in my whole state? Any recommendations for someone in Louisiana. I'm 3 hours from Houston if I have to go that far. How disheartening when you want to do the right thing. I want a healthy, happy, home reared pet stock. Yes, I would like it to be tiny but that's why I want a Yorkie! |
