Thank you for stating most of my facts however, C.J was 9 weeks old when I picked him up. The reason you never heard the Murmur was the only time he was at the vet was when he was 3 days old and had his tail and dewclaws done that is from your own vet records! As far as the Coccida, per my own vet records of all the litters I have had I have NEVER had a puppy with as much as a parasite let alone coccida, when this happened I was ask by my vet if I had visited a kennel and I informed him that I had been to your kennel and he advise it was transfered from mine and my husbands shoes. I have on my web-site that I would take into consideration any one who would want to breed my babies all to date have been turn down. There is so much more Toni that you are not saying. My contract states I purchased a dog with the sire of Rock and Gold Turbo of New Deal" did you personally hand me that dog?? No and if you really know your dogs a mistake like that could have never been made. I don't care how much money you spend on your kennel when time with these babies is so much more importatant also you have high school kids taking care of them NOT YOU that information came from YOU. I take great pride in my dogs and the fact that I sell happy healthy babies. My babies do eat and sleep with me because that is what they deserve. What you have done is wrong an you need to take responsibilty for it.

Thank you for your in put. I have contacted and spoke to others with a similar situation I also tries to resolve this with Ms. Ledbetter and as I stated in other threads she refused. I purchased these babies in April I have no papers on either one. Ms. Ledbetter is not willing to resolve this between the two of us as I stated earlier she advised me she had turned everything over to her lawyer.

One again i write in my behalf reference Southerncharm yorkies Kathryn Roberts, you knew when you pick CJ up for your own concience that he was not checked before you picked him up, as far as any cocedia, you stayed in a trailer camp grounds that allowws dogs and you your self let your dogs out there where other dogs have been, i have never had do not have any type of parasites with any of my yorkies, yes i do have a high scholl girl for the summer with me helping me but she does not clean nor does she care for my dogs she helps me with brushing and bathing only, I feel it is ok to have help when needed, I have never had one complaint about any of my litters now any one buying from me about my puppies. You your self took another puppie back to Celia Miller of Northbrook yorkies and charged her $175.00 to bring her puppy one hundred miles out of your way and she supposbly is your friend and you say its not about money, why would you charge a friend when you are so close. Any one is more than welcome to call Celia Miller for she has the litter mate to CJ and also another male from a different breeding and she was also totally aware of the risk getting her puppy early and kept informed the whole time since birth. Feel free to contact her reference the care and the the loving healthy puppies she has recieved at northbrookyorkies@charter.net per celia Miller CJ was picked up at nine weeks and you took full medical responsibility for him and it was not cj nor lindy that had the parasite it was one of your own you owned, I spend my days and evenings with my yorkies loving them and playing, and caring for them and it is like i said I have had many people visit my home and my so called kennel and it is exstremely clean, my yorkies are very loved and cared for. Once again I have tried to make it right with her and nothing seems to please her, she wants refund and keep the both yorkies.

Bashing vs Reveiwing This is a "REVIEW Forum" not a place to argue. This is all you are doing, bringing more accusations, which may or may not be true. I think you both should resolve this in the Real world and not this forum. It is a waist of time in here for a she said she said kind of thing. When you two have resolved your problems, then come in here and have your say. I personally am not going to read anymore of these kind of threads. Only a true review.

Toni, the only thing I am going to say to all of this is, as a retired law enforcement officer I have know what it take to prove a case and I will provide all documentation to anyone asking and as a person who lives with cancer, I WILL NOT LIE. C.J.s condition has nothing to do with how young he was, it is GENETIC!! As far as Lindy, You gave me the wrong DOG not the wrong paperwork!! I came on here to tell of my experience with you. You have NOT come up with ANY solutions to this I came up with 3 and you have shot them all down. You are NOT the breeder you say you are and others need to know this! If anyone would lie to know the REAL truth PM me I am done. You are as I say unethical and as I told you on the phone you need to have integrity.

Admin, please close thread so we can move on--- The breeders are at an impasse and need to hammer this out in private. As someone who previously posted things about Toni that I wish I hadn't, I hope people coming across this thread as part of their due diligence checking out a breeder will want to ask more questions of the parties, privately. Sorry to intrude, but I feel silly apologizing a year later for getting all jumpy about paperwork. Best wishes to all. Susan cloverhillpups.com Last edited by magicgenie; 08-10-2009 at 03:12 PM.

You can not believe someone who sends you the wrong dog!! I wasnt going to post what I know about this certain person but I think others have the right to know who doesnt tell the truth and isnt as honest and reputable breeder as someone makes you believe they are.. well I was one of those believers once ago but soon learned quit fast about Tony, Tony told me that all her puppies from Charmer were only placed with contracts and were only placed in pet homes...she swore up and down to me that this was the truth...I knew better deep down she was not telling me the truth as I had seen other puppies from her with other breeders... plus hear Iam seeing the truth right here in front of my eyes....well since her and I know longer have any more buisness dealings between us I have since found out that most of all her puppies are placed with open Registration and she does not place with spay/nueter aggrements like she had promised me........she will tell you what you want to hear but behind your back she is doing what ever she can to make a extra doller and doesnt care what others do with these Puppies or what homes they go into.

Someone has to let others know There have been many out there who have had negative experiences with Ms. Ledbetter I am finding, but are not willing to be bashed by others by posting. I did not come here to be bashed I came here to let people know what has happen to me in regards to this breeder so she can't do it to them. Toni gave me the wrong dog NOT the wrong papers, the Tattoo number in the ear of the little girl in my pocession does NOT match the certified pedigree I have from Hungary. I signed Toni's contract for a certain breeding I did NOT get that and the fact she says it's the dog she intended to sell just goes to prove she is not hands on and does NOT know her dogs and as far as the little male C.J. she sold him to be for breeding as her contract states due to his health I can not breed him. Ms. Ledbetter led me to believe he had been to the vet and he had not since having tails and dew claws removed, with the passing of this little guys mother and her insistance that she is a hands on, ethical breeder I believed her just as many of you have and she has proven to be a liar. I'm sure some of you have had ok experiences with Toni but understand there are alot of us that haven't.

I'm sorry but this just irks me to no end. I hate it when I hear of breeders that say they love their dogs yet they live in a kennel. But then they say "oh but I bring them in when they have puppies" course they do..don't want to lose their bread and butter.. Show me a breeder that really does keep their dogs inside at all times and that to me is a breeder that trully does care and love their dogs..

| Mine are in my house everyday of the week, they sleep with us and go pretty much everywhere that we go including when I have doctors appointments. I'm picky about who I let into my home but, once I know them and know that they are safe I welcome them to see how my babies run my house. From my kitchen to the living room, the bedrooms to the front three season porch looks like a track for the Yorkie 500. Then of course theres the maze of toys, pillows and beds you have to find your way through... LOL
