You're doing great, I read how worried you are,
staying calm is a big key, and it helps Mom too.
(but it's hard to do;) )

How do I know if she's done or not. The last pup was born at 11.54 and she has pushed out 3 placentas but she is still panting but she's not pushing.

Your vet didn't do an x-ray right?? Can you feel any more pups in her tummy?? Panting is very normal after whelping. Give her some ice cream, yogurt or whelping pudding to help nourish her. 3 babies and 3 placentas counted thats excellent work!!

Are all 3 pups nursing well??

yes allthre puppies are nursing. no the vet didn't do xrays and yes I gave her ice creamin between each pup and just about ten minutes ago.

Wow I'm just checking back....she's had three already? Good for her and you!! :) Give her a little more time,how far apart were each of the other 3 from each other?

I thought I felt another lump but i can't tell. I listened for heart beats with the stethascope but all i hear is gurgling.

Alot of times it feels like there is one more in there, but its just her uterus. It does sound like shes done having them. I suggest waiting and watching her to see for sure. Make her some whelping pudding while you wait. If shes not pushing or showing any signs of hard labor then she is done. You did a great job!!
