Yorkie Yakker | Alternative Solution I believe if given the right incentive, anyone would respond accordingly. However, I agree, if I'm paying full price to own a puppy I should get full rights. I am seriously considering offering a refund to buyers who spay/neuter their dogs, within 6-8 months, with proper paperwork and a confirmation call/letter to the Vet's office. I haven't thought of the refund amount yet. Of course, the amount would have to be figured into the purchase price. |
