No don't cut it, the puppy could bleed to death.

I just sent a picture to the animal hospital and they are confirming that this is the intestines! It will cost me 1500$ to fix and only 20% survival!!!!

I am very sad!!!!

I'm so sorry, sometimes these things happen. Just make the little one as comfortable as possible while nature takes it's course. Sometimes if you don't separate it the mother will eat it. Are you expecting any more pups?

The pup is confortable and resting near my girl!!! She is licking the intestines!

I want to thank you for your support... my daughter (9years old) is just beside herself!

Now for the little girl that is left -- she seems in good health but won't latch on to mom's teats!! How can I help her... She is 1.5 hours old... and hasn't eaten yet!!!

I can't loose this one.. .my heart is bleeding so much....

Put a little of your spit on one of the teats and with forefinger and thumb gently put pressure on the pups jaw to open it's mouth. Gently put it on the teat making sure that it's little tongue it under the teat. You might have to move the sick pup away and so the mother will pay attention to the well one. She needs to clean her to stimulate her and encourage her to wake and eat.

The boy did not make it!!! ... he was very handsome!
