| Wendy, How exciting!!! I cannot wait to see them. I am sure they will be adorable. Are you going to have her xrayed to see how many? P.S. Loved the pictures of Paris. Hope Savannah is as cute. Actually she is turning out beautiful. |

| Glad to hear about your expected new babies. Our Roxie is expecting on August 22nd (63 days). This is her 2nd litter. Her first litter was 6 very healthy puppies, 4 boys and 2 girls. Roxie had an ultrasound today and she will be having 7 puppies this time! Poor girl! Another interesting note...the sire is a pomaranian. NOT PLANNED! Little sucker got in the backyard where Roxie and Coco (Roxie's sister) were playing. OOPS! Our vet says the puppies look good and healthy and are an appropriate size which was my biggest fear! Anyway, we are expecting "Porkies." The vet says that they will be gorgeous! Wish us luck!! Cherie and Roxie |

| Well we went to the vet on Saturday. Zaylee has only two puppies and we had to schedule a c-section because they are too large for her to have. We are hoping that all goes well and we will have puppies this Friday!

| I just read your post. I shall pray that all goes well for her c-section. So thank-ful for x-rays. She and you will not have to go through labor and the end result. Please keep up posted on how she does this week. Bless her, she looks quite large in your last pic, but adorable!

| New update!! The vet changed their minds and we now have to wait until she goes into labor before they will do the c-section. My guess is it will happen at the ER then! I called down the road from me to get a price $650-850. WOWSER!

| Wendy, So sorry to hear that she may need a c-section. Is this her first litter? You may be surprised that once she goes into labor she may be able to have the pups naturally. I was told it is extremely hard to know from an xray only as the exact depth and diameter of the pelvis is not exact. It will also stretch alittle as she labors and the head passes. Sophie is only about 4.5 lbs and the one puppy she had was close to 8 oz. His head was huge and she passed it like a champ. Just make sure you are going to be around when she goes into labor. I will pray all goes well and she has them naturally. Good Luck!! |

| breeding is not a cheap hobby. thats why I say most breeders ( true breeders not byb) dont even break even with all the costs on the bitch and the puppies

| She will not be left alone at all that's for sure. I have been checking her temp and nothing yet or course she has a while left. The vet said there is NO way the puppies will come out by themselves. I saw them and they are very very large! Poor Zaylee - I have my fingers crossed!

| Gosh Wendy, I am sorry to hear that. Has she ever had pups before? I wonder if it is because she is only having 2 that they got so big or if it is all genetics. |
