I'm thinking someone wants to be a grandma herself It reminds me of a project a friend's daughter had. The girls were given computerized "babies" to show them how much work a real baby is. You have to feed it, change it's clothes etc...whatever it's computer chip says....you can not just leave it somewhere and not do it...that's abuse. And the teacher knows how "well' you take "care" of baby because it hooks up to a computer and prints the information out. Any way....her mother would have to "babysit" this plastic baby if her daughter wasn't around. I got the biggest kick outta it...she'd come over and we'd "watch" the baby I hope someone comes up with some suggestions for you.... ![]() PS That fake baby I told you about...that thing woke up in the middle of the night too.

| I had an Irish Setter who "gave birth" to a kitten. After she went through a heat cycle she decided to nurse the kitten I had adopted from the animal shelter. Even though this kitten was weaned, Mandy convinced the little one that she needed to nurse. The kitten nursed and Mandy cleaned her and would carry her around in her mouth. that one really left me scratching my head.... |

We had a dog that did this. Thankfully she never got any milk, but she carried that poor kitten around everywhere. She'd even clean up after him, eating his feces...I told her...she didn't need to be that good a momma
