Where in any of this did I say that you were stupid? Your postings speak for themselves. If you are going to quote someone or something, then make sure that those who wrote it know what they are talking about, or you may end up looking stupid. And I am no longer going to reply to any of these post lest I should end up looking stupid for geing sucked in to such a stupid argument.

|
Well proof No, but there have been articles written by people who knew the origin. In 1891, P H Coombs, researched the origins, and talked to people who knew how the breed had been developed in the mid 1800's. The book I'm talking about was written by Joan B Gordon, and she specifically mentions the maltese, and why people thought it had been included, but in actuality that if it was bred with the maltese, it was AFTER it had been established as a breed of it's own.
Thank you for that. This is excatly why the Biewer is NOT a Yorkie |

| Addressing the original question of this thread, no i would not breed a yorkie and a maltese. Not because I disgree with mixing breeds, but because of all the overpopulation of unwanted dogs in this country. It is a proven fact that mixed breed dogs are born with fewer health issues and are often times easier to train. i have seen the "morkies" or "yorkteses" as they are called and they are absolutely adorable but I wouldn't do the mixing.

I know this too I read your guy's posts about the biewers that is how I learned this after putting the argueing issue aside and putting the pieces of information everyone here had said together. But they came to be by to yorkies, even though they are Biewers ( they also have yorkshire terrier in them )

Not to start that whole debate up again, But ya they have yorkshire terrier in them. Like 100%. They just carried a recessive gene that surfaced. I personally don't care if one calls them yorkies or calls the Beiwers. They carry 100% yorkshire blood.
