| Special thank you to Yorkiemom1 Just a quick rundown on what happened. My yorkie girl was approaching retirement age and I wanted to keep her line going. It was her second litter. The first was textbook. The 2nd one she had to have a C-section and only 1 pup survived. Mother's milk was very slow to come in and dried up fairly quickly. It was problem after problem trying to raise this pup with virtually no help from her mother. The pup was a very picky eater, got sick with vomiting/diarrhea and aspirated. I was told multiple times by the vet she wouldnt survive and there was nothing more she could do. She dehydrated more times than i could count. She had issues with formula and goats milk recipes. She bloated so bad she couldnt stand up. She had to be tube fed and receive enemas. She developed a urinary tract infection at 5 weeks. All of her issues came from the supplemental feedings--even the UTI. The vet said the pH in her urine was very high and to get off the formula/milk recipes ASAP. It was an intense and exhausting roller coaster ride. Through these issues, I was desperate and at the end of my rope. I contacted yorkiemom1 for any ideas or suggestions. She was exactly what I needed. My confidence level was at an all time low. I second guessed everything that I thought I knew. Yorkiemom1 encouraged me and helped me so much. Sometimes new ideas and going down the checklist of the have you tried this and that is what you need to know your doing everything you can to save a life. My baby girl is now 7 weeks old and just had another vet check. She's been given a clean bill of health. I want to thank yorkiemom1 from the bottom of my heart for the encouragement she gave me when I was losing all hope. I learned to never give up and try EVERYTHING. Thank you so much yorkiemom1. |

| Yorkiemom1 a.k.a. YT Keyboard Warrior, is truly a wonderful woman, her devotion and genuine love of this breed is truly admirable. What she did does not surprise me, I know her true character is nothing short of perfect! So glad your pup made it and all is well again!!!!

| How sweet of all of you to take the time to say the most gracious things about me....I am thrilled whenever I am able to help anyone with a problem or issue they are having with one of their pups or babies. It is all about the pups and I know i can be rather brutal on occasion, it comes from an unconditional love and devotion to these dogs, and it is so inspiring to me to think I was able to help someone, in whatever way. I will keep researching, studying, doing my best to learn anything and everything I can, and then share that knowledge with anyone that is interested! Thank you for giving me such a WONDERFUL, uplifting birthday present.....logging onto YT and finding these posts was very touching for me......thank you for the uplifting words of encouragement for me!!! It is ALL about the babies!!!! To Cares4Dogs.....you worked and worked and never gave up....you set your jaw and got outside your comfort zone and tried things I suggested....thank God, this baby FINALLY pulled thru.....she presented challenges for me too!!! It really was such a roller coaster ride! Give that precious baby a kiss for me, right on that sweet little forehead....that is where the sugar is the sweetest! |

| Thank you! It was April 28th....a true Taurus!!!!! I have reached the WONDERFUL, retirement AGE OF 65!!! I retired last year, a little early, but I just could not hold out any longer (and I had my gullet full with what was going on at work!!!)!!! I am, I guess, one of a rare breed.....I am absolutely ecstatic with retirement....to be able to devote 100% of my time to my babies, is EXACTLY what I had anticipated for the last 5 years! My brother is here for ths week, and we are having a ball, doing whatever we want, when we want, as early or as late as we want! My son and my brother had a small birthday for me....it was lovely!! I ended up with 100.00 in gift cards to Lowes, which is my favorite place to shop! I also got a beautiful pair of "diamond and pearl" tear drop earrings from my son, as an early Mother's Day gift......I bought myself a new 60 inch flat screen TV for my sun room, as my old one had become a fire hazard!...a great time has been had by all!!! My brother hooked up this fancy TV and I am so thankful for that, as I could have never done it myself. We are going to a German Bier Garten that has received rave reviews in many magazines and "places to visit"...they have an "Om-PaPa" trio that plays polka music and German and Austrian music....I ADORE this and my brother enjoys some of the speciality beers they have on tap.....While I dont drink beer, I will enjoy the music and dancing!.... |

It sounds as if you had a wonderful birthday party and are still partying - especially the jewelry and your big TV!!! I will be getting another big screen in the next year and Mitsubishi no longer makes TV's. Would you share the brand you got and can you adjust the color and tint settings endlessly, tuning in each color and each shade to the saturation?
