I ended up with 100.00 in gift cards to Lowes, which is my favorite place to shop! I also got a beautiful pair of "diamond and pearl" tear drop earrings from my son, as an early Mother's Day gift......I bought myself a new 60 inch flat screen TV for my sun room, as my old one had become a fire hazard!...a great time has been had by all!!! My brother hooked up this fancy TV and I am so thankful for that, as I could have never done it myself. We are going to a German Bier Garten that has received rave reviews in many magazines and "places to visit"...they have an "Om-PaPa" trio that plays polka music and German and Austrian music....I ADORE this and my brother enjoys some of the speciality beers they have on tap.....While I dont drink beer, I will enjoy the music and dancing!....
