| End the suspense....have her xrayed. You need that anyway to determine how many and size. |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Those are all signs that she very well could be; if she's got her appetite back, and going on the last 3 weeks of pregnancy her belly should begin to blossom more quickly now, so it should be obvious in a week or so. Unless she's carrying a single pup; mine had me guessing/doubting even when I knew she was when she was pregnant with just one. At 6 weeks it's too late for your vet to palpitate; I don't normally have the xray done until they are about 8 weeks along. You will definitely want to do that. For now, I'd treat her as if she IS pregnant, giving her at least an extra meal a day to sustain both her and her growing pups needs. Keep us posted & good luck!

| Thank you everyone for the advise. I really do believe she is. Her belly swells up and then goes away. A lot of timea on one certain spots its funny to see. Plus all the sleeping she does. She knocks out all the time now. She snores loud!! Well I hope so.. |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | I used to have the ultra sounds done on my girls to determine pregnancy when I first started breeding.......that "have to know" feeling would do it every time! The "suspense" weeks still drive me a little crazy, but I feel that I know my girls well enough now to know pretty well whether they are or aren't pregnant; and once they are bred, I treat them as if they are pregnant in their diet & care from that point on. Good luck vamaro2012............keep us posted.
