Those are all signs that she very well could be; if she's got her appetite back, and going on the last 3 weeks of pregnancy her belly should begin to blossom more quickly now, so it should be obvious in a week or so. Unless she's carrying a single pup; mine had me guessing/doubting even when I knew she was when she was pregnant with just one.
At 6 weeks it's too late for your vet to palpitate; I don't normally have the xray done until they are about 8 weeks along. You will definitely want to do that. For now, I'd treat her as if she IS pregnant, giving her at least an extra meal a day to sustain both her and her growing pups needs.
