| My lawyer is still putting the case together, since technically her husband closed the deal she's not violating the law (I know what a crook). Bentley's looking good he's so active so the case is up in the air. But her address on the paper work incriminates her. One thing I do know for sure is that she sold 3 puppies within the last few days because I text her from another phone number and this new litter has completely been sold. So sad that this is going on.... It's truly unbelievable to me that she could keep doing this... Thank you for your support!! |

| OMG those poor puppies. I thought if you are married, everything should be one and the same, no? Good for you though, keep trying. What about all those people who emailed you about buying a pup from Julie, did you give that over to your lawyer? I'm thinking that would help too right?

| It is just terrible what people will do to make a $. How can anyone be so cruel to both the poor innocent dogs and the people that want to love and care for them is just beyond me. Can you imagine what the poor dogs that live with them have to go through? I really hope they will be charged. I wonder if anything will ever become of it though, because they have been very very good at keeping one step ahead for a very long time and seem to know exactly what to do when they are caught up with. I think people like this will certainly not be going to heaven. |

| I think the bigger problem is with the govt/law enforcement, that the fines and punishments aren't severe enough for people to think twice about abusing animals. They payoff is too great and the penalties just about a slap on the wrist. So they get a fine and go to jail for a night, so what? They only have a misdemeanor on their records, not a felony. I think they need to change it to felonies, and that animal abuse should be one in the same with a violent crime and they should get a strike against them. Three strikes and you're out, 25 years to life. I doubt that will ever happen.

| I agree the government is not strict enough. Although I never saw her abuse any animal she's just feeding into the puppy mill industry. I think a better word is neglectful, we have domesticated dogs through the centuries. All that we have the right to do is provide safety, love and happiness. Humans are taking advantage of these beautiful animals in using them for mass production. Who are we to manipulate them like this? Who are we to teach them to survive off of us then use them for our greed? I say us because anyone who has ever purchased a puppy from a pet store has unknowingly and unwillingly fed into this greed. It's absolutely disgusting and shameful to see all these neglected animals suffering daily. I look into my dogs eyes and I can't imagine them in a cage all day.... |

| Yes we bought a puppy from her Omg, i cant believe she is still doing this. We did buy a toy yorkie from her back in 2006, we paid $1,400 and we found her online, as a breeder, i didnt know anything about her and as soon as we came home the puppy would sleep all day and it wouldnt eat or drink. 2 days passed and we took the puppy to the vet to find out it was dying, it had distemper and probably acquired it from the mother and most certainly all litter was infected. We tried calling her many times, she wouldnt call us back. Then, when she would she was very nasty with us and told us to wait it out, that her puppies are all healthy and that i needed to send her all the paperwork from the vet because that was not possible. She kept giving us excuses so time would go by, then the puppie died two weeks later when we had to bring her back in to the vet because she was no longer responding. The vet said she was suffering and we had to put her to sleep. This woman advertised herself as a home breeder, that these puppies were born from her 2 yorkies, she even showed us pictures of them and that they had AKC papers and such, but when i pressured for the paperwork, she finally sent me a letter from a breeder in Argentina, these puppies were sent to her from south america, she never apologized or gave us our money back. We opened a case with the Humaine Society after writing a letter to the city mayor. |

| Hi, i purchased a puppy from her years ago back in 2006 I purchased a teacup yorkie from Julie Soutullo back in 2006. I found her because she advertised herself as a breeder and she said she owned the parents but when we met to purchase she met with us in a pet store called Poochie Koochie and i thought it was so odd. She never showed us the parents just showed us a picture of them and said they were akc and pure breed and that she would provide all the paperwork later on. A couple of days later the puppy wouldnt eat or drink, but sleep all day so we took her to the vet and we were told she had distemper and a few other things. She died 5 days later and Julie wanted to replace and give us another one of the ones she had instead of giving us our money back. She provided all the paperwork and we found out the puppy was brought from a puppy mill back in Argentina, so she lied, the puppy had no akc papers either. I paid $1600 for this teacup yorkie. I wrote several letters to the animal association and animal services and all the animal associations in the country, even the florida governor and they mediated for me, they arranged a payment plan for her to refund me and she only gave me back $200 and never heard from her again. |
