I am devastated by this process..and cannot even breathe. Let's remember what this is about - it is not about linguistics of tiny or teacup...you buy a Yorkie with the hope of filling your lives with a healthy spunky bold new family member. I purchased a puppy from Rose in April. He was 5 months old. He came home with treatment for Giardia (a second person returned him to her so I paid $1500-allegedly discounted) - but I purchased him after my 2 lb. 8 year old Wolfgang (from Ron Del - an outstanding breeder) passed away without any notice. My new puppy was examined by a vet within 48 hrs, and had a skin disease. Rose said was ringworm - and I went back to her for shampoo. My vet cultured the growth...it was not ringworm, and he gave me ointment and pads for a bacterial infection. He also had to be treated for the Giardia which would not clear up. Rose did not stand by her professed love of the breed by covering my vet costs- she referred me back to the contract which only covers genetic and untreatable diseases. In California, we have "puppy lemon laws" whcih cannot be contracted away - and consumers must be provided with a sheet which informs of our rights..I did not get that and hindsight is 20/20. I still did not press the issue of vet reimbursement, because I liked Rose. I wanted to like Rose and I wanted a happy ending to Wolfgang's passing. To date, I still have not received AKC paperwork which she said would come in the mail. Instead...I contacted the Natalie on her website to see if she had a female available (my daughter and I want to breed for our own dogs, which is why I specifically purchased an unaltered male. Natalie was really nice and said she would check with her friend Jan who has great Yorkies- and she told me my puppy came from her dogs/bloodline so she would make sure there was no improper breeding. Today I got a text from Rose saying I was suppose to send proof of neutering and that's why Axel has no papers----a complete untruth. Referring back to her "contract", I was to receive his papers within 90 days. I trusted her...I thought she loved her Yorkies, I thought she and I bonded and I thought she empathized with my sadness over losing Wolfgang. I was referred to East Valley Animal Shelter, I spoke to Officer Angeles who had the name and address of this breeder and said she ALLEGEDLY has no license nor breeding permit. I cannot believe this is true. She has a website - youtube videos...I am praying this is a mistake. If anyone has any information please email me at mcleancobalt@gmail.com. I am devastated. I obviously did not do enough research...I was lead by my grief...and a house full of what appeared to be spunky funny yorkies. My experience with Ron Del Kennels- a show dog operation, was the exact opposite. What I am expressing is merely my OPINION and is not meant to prevent nor dissuade anyone from doing business with this breeder. This was just my experience. But do your research. California has Puppy Lemon laws - know what paperwork you must be given and use your head...not your heart. I was led by my heart and grief and am feeling really stupid right now because I should know better. If anyone has any further info. please let me know. I am hopeful she is licensed...she will provide his paperwork and this is just a bump in the road. Yorkies are so much more than a mere business...I am sure she knows that, too.

My Itty Bitty Yorkies...Sun Valley CA THANK YOU member for your responses...follow up and contact information. I have kept them all. I received a call from this breeder accusing me of calling her customers. All parties in my car were shocked! Apparently someone knew the details of our transaction....so I directed the breeder to my post and this website. I would never dissuade customers...have never spoken to a potential buyer...and the breeder properly concluded a potential buyer probably got cold feet. Your wonderful posts and suggestions have apparently disappeared from this thread...but I still have them and know a bit more now. I sent her $500 for my dogs papers, we wont get them if not andmy hands will be clean.. She sent me back my money...but said she will let me know when she gets my puppies full papers. I am sure it will work out and I will heat from Itty Bitty Yorkies shortly...so we can finally get our papers. Thank you for your wealth of knowledge....it was received and my daughter for a male yorkipoo from a shelter! We do not need to be contributing to breed problems through our ignorance. This has been shocking. ..but I am already deeply depressed. All praises to The Most High I am not depressed about Wolfgang and I have a crazy great new furry baby. Yes...I will keep all of you posted when the papers arrive. And AGAIN...this is my OPINION...to be taken or left. I do NOT dissuade business with anyone...and I am not tacky enough to call potential buyers. I am also not a psychic. What I am is a Yorkie lover and believer in integrity and honesty. That is why I just know all is well and My Itty Bitty Yorkies is diligently getting my puppies papers as quickly as possible with the 90 day provision and all. The refund was shocking...buy we have to believe in people's innate ability to always do right.

From what I see on her website she seems to be more of a puppy broker? I only saw two pups for sale and neither belonged to her?
