I went back thru your initial post, and answered line by line, as I had answered in my original post....except for the "professional eye vs momma's eye" thing! I have never been accused of being "evasive"...maybe "not direct enough"!! Certainly dont want you to think anyone was avoiding your questions! Not a good idea to breed a 5.5# female with a male THAT much larger than her....and unless you know what lines are behind that 11# female and what they produce, not a good idea there either!

I think you are doing the right thing by having Max neutered. I can't tell you how many people have come up and asked if I wanted to breed Georgie. While I was flattered (obviously I think he is the best and most handsome Yorkie boy in the world) I declined. Georgie is AKC standard and registered but to be honest I thought about the female Yorkie and whether it was safe for her. I knew Georgie would be fine but did I want that on my conscience to have a poor sweet girl die during the pregnancy or labor...nope I didn't even want to risk that. I am very glad I got him neutered because now when people ask I let them see his privates or lack thereof . I am glad you came here and asked questions YT is a great place. Post some pics of Max
