I don't understand why the OP would post this to begin with. She is obviously a backyard breeder on her way to being a puppy miller. Is it just because she was looking to pick up some more breeding stock?:mad:

Too late. She already said she was going to let mama rest a cycle, then try for another. She saw a blue born advertised on Ebay Classifieds for $4000. She's keeping the pup. My guess is that pup will be having litters in a year.

This is where you come look for help with whatever concern you may have.....BUT, bybs beware as well as puppy millers or anyone else unethical....this is not the place for you!! Sadly, usually you find people on a thread like this defending the breeders "right" to breed their pet if they want to. Then they accuse people on YT of being too harsh and condemning because people have a "right" to do what they want to with their pets. Ugh!:mad: I'm surprised someone has not been upset because no one will help this person do things right. :(

It seems as though YT has to have a outright policy as far as backyard breeders and puppy millers are concerned so that it is right out in the open and others would not take such offense to the bad feelings many have about byb's and puppy mills. It's basically the exploitation and abuse of all dogs.

She posted here because she never DREAMED we are a community of experts in MANY different fields, including sleuths! She never dreamed that group of people that first researched her and her name, would discover her other posts, and then the other detectives that zoomed in and found her website and all the names she goes by, etc., her Facebook account, and then there are the computer geniuses that have now flagged her so it comes up with her when Googled.........She was trying to garner empathy from people on here and hoping to get an inside track to a breeder that would be fooled by her "front" and quite possibly sell her a quality breeding pair. GOTCHA!!!!

I agree so much. Honestly, I am not trying to be mean, and I shouldn't have said "she makes me sick". That was uncalled for, and I'm sorry. Some people do chose to breed, and well, it's true, they do "own" the dogs. To me, this was different though. She breeds elderly dogs because "their pee pee still works". She said she will breed for more blue borns (genetically defective). Her newest litter of pups was just a couple hours old and they were already being marketed for sale on YouTube (not just look at my cute new pups either). She said her 2 lb boy was ready for stud at 7 mo. old, and shows pictures of him trying to mate with her female. She posts pictures of her dogs tied. There is no health guarantee, no genetic testing and disreputable registry. The dogs are not to breed standards (large-8 lbs.) She breeds all kinds of cross breeds, again, with questionable dogs, and has a website chock full of puppies. She says clearly that the parents are hers (I have proof), but then says the puppies on HER website aren't hers. She has a tag to qualify her little guy as a service dog so that she can "take him everywhere now". She does no community service with him. He is her walking business advertisement. Her husband, Andre Davis of BR City Blue Bullies is a puppy miller as well. I thought he had 5 dogs, but now I see he has at least 7 animals churning out pit puppies like there is no tomorrow. They live in pens in the back yard, and sleep in those little igloo shaped, plastic dog houses. Then, Suncera comes here to procure more breeding dogs and find buyers for her puppies. She repeatedly lied. If she lies to us, she WILL lie to a potential puppy buyers. I am so sad for all those poor, sweet dogs. She is expanding her house and has been accumulating puppies to expand her business. She has made some money with "designer" dogs, and now sees the big money in Yorkies. Had she not come to Yorkie Talk, she would not have been exposed. Suncera, just don't try to insult our intelligence here by telling lies. That's just not very nice.
BTW- she is locking up her Facebook and changed her name to
Blessed AndHighlyfavored (notice the word spacing). We need a tag for that new name too, as well as her hubby and his business.

I think the only reason dogs would be both akc and ckc registered is they came with limkted akc registration and then the buyer self registered them ckc as both breeding and show quality...its allowed but imho is highly fraudulent.

Want to do things right...alter and pet out all those nonbreeding quality dogs, put on big girl panties and work under a reputable breeder for a long while, Im sure if a true effort is made to make reperations truly learn to do things correctly then when youre worthy good breeding stock will be avalible...practicing diy style with bad stock doesnt make the cut.

There are people, and this is a good example- that there is no hope for. This breeder knows what shes doing, and is doing it for the money. I'm betting she changes her website name etc., its just sad...there are so many things wrong with her breeding practices that Concretegirl hit the nail on the head, she needs to spay, neuter and pet out her stock and then, and only then will anyone ever take her seriously...

True story, just last wk I met a nice man with a smallish Yorkie; of course I stopped and chatted with him. It came out in the course of the conversation, that he was upset that his boy was "neutered" before he adopted him from a breeder. He also wanted to know if the operation could be reversed! I said Nope. He said his boy came from champion parents and the breeder wanted to place him in a pet home. He then went on to say he really really wanted him to have a litter, cause he is so much in love with him - such a good boy. Then he asked me, what I thought of his boy didn't I think he would make good puppies. I said do you really "want the truth"? He said yes.

Okay; first I can see some quality in his breeding; but and here is the first and biggest but; the experienced breeder did NOT want to breed him. That should give you a whole lot of pause. Then I proceeded to give him all the "faults of his precious boy". There were many, and the two biggies in Yorkie - color and coat. Coat was soft, color was a light steel blue, tan was very very pale. I also said the best thing you can do for this boy, is to get and keep his weight done. That dog was fat poor thing. But did have a sweet disposition.

You know, Gemy, my old gal, Lucy, was a BYBreeder dog her whole life. I have thought at least 100 times that I would love to have had one of her babies so that when that day comes that my Lucy goes to the bridge, I'll still have a little piece of my girl, who is my heaven on earth. Sadly, I know that day is coming soon. Then I stop and think about the thousands of dollars that I have spent trying to keep her healthy. She is my little genetic hot mess! She's cute as a button, but full of health problems, and should have never been bred. I'm sure the people who own her babies are in the same boat I'm in, as we speak. This is what upsets me. People buy from someone like Suncera, in good faith, and then end up with a dog full of health and/or temperament issues. It's too late after you have fallen in love and are left with the painful decision to pay the vet bills, surrender the dog to a shelter or rescue, or put the dog down. Puppy buyers think this won't happen to them, but sadly, we see it happen everyday. It's just heartbreaking.

As a Breeder it is soo hard for me to read these posts and keep my mouth shut. I have seen too many so called Breeders put their dogs lives in jeopardy just because family, friends and the neighbor wants a puppy. In my opinion if your not doing the required testing on your dogs before they are bred, not doing the research not just on the basics of breeding and whelping, but also on the pedigrees of these dogs and knowing what is behind them, not talking to other reputable breeders and having a mentor, and I am sure there is alot more others will add, then you should definitely Not be breeding.

Question: Suncera is selling an AKC, 2.9 lb. (currently unspayed) female for $1000. She said the dog was too small for her to breed. (Awesome, Suncera! Great decision!) She is selling the dog with "full registration". Does that just mean a buyer gets the dog's AKC papers? Or does full registration mean the new owner gets full rights to breed this little dog? I thought that was called "open registration". I'm confused.

Full registration means Open papers as in yes it can be bred and puppies registered if the sire is also open papers registered. Limited Registration means you get a registration certificate but the breeder is not allowing it to be bred.
Very sad. But will get seller more money likely.

You are so right though. It is sickening what these people will do to their dogs and how they also exploit the public that is mainly ignorant about "AKC registered" dogs. I don't know how a reputable breeder deals with selling pet puppies with people like the OP out there. She could very well buy a lovely pet quality puppy with a lovely pedigree and breed her using switched registration papers. From what I have seen on the internet I think many of these exploiters are doing just that. It seems as though you would need to spay and neuter your pups before sale in order to avoid these wolves in sheep's clothing. It is incredible to me how people believe that breeding their "registered" pet quality dog should be their right and are insulted to think someone would charge them such an outrageous price for a pet that they cannot even breed. I just get livid when people defend this type of breeding. After all those puppies are so "cute" and yet they continue to get further and further from the breed standard and end up hardly resembling a true Yorkshire terrier!:confused:
Places like YT can and should do their part in the education of the public about genetic and other health issues of such types of breeding as well as the over population of unwanted pets in general but this is a limited forum. More attention and education needs to be done on a national basis and a consistent basis to bring awareness to the suffering of millions of pets that yearly are abused, abandoned and put to death. It's a blight, a devastation, in this country that seems to be ignored so easily by the general public. Americans seem to only be able to deal with one issue at at time and the suffering of those who cannot speak for themselves seems to be the easiest to ignore.:(

She hasn't been back. I wonder if she is still reading the posts though. She completely changed / cleaned up the front page of her website, thanking her "mentors", not talking about teacups, etc. She wants to sound reputable. She removed all the puppy's pictures. She was letting them go to their new homes at just 6 weeks old! And just in case anyone thinks I'm not being nice, I do have original photo screenshots of every single statement I've made about her breeding practices. They are her posts, her pictures and her words with her screen name above the words (with the date and the time). I don't want anyone to think I've embellished anything I've stated as fact. I was worried she'd erase things, then say I made it all up. I'd be happy to send anyone proof if they need it. I know, it looks like I'm just such a mean spirited person because of all my posts, but darn it, it's hard to be quiet when I laid in bed last night in tears, thinking about that beautiful, precious, 2.9 lb., little one year old girl, being sold as a breeder dog. She could die such a horrible death! That poor little girl's uterus can't be any more than 2 inches long. Why do people have to be so awful to small, defenseless little creatures? Can someone that mean ever get educated enough to have a heart change? I want to educate people, but some people just aren't receptive to learning. She knew she was wrong. And she knew she wasn't being truthful with us. If she didn't come back, I hope it was because she was ashamed of herself. Some folks will do just about anything for a dollar. And I want those kind of people to not get any business, or any new dogs to hurt. And it just breaks my heart. :cry:

No sense in beatin' a dead horse. It's sad how far some are willing to go to try and justify their cruel actions and intentions. The sense of entitlement to money and it overruling an animal's well-being and health is just amazing to me.

By the way, it is not unusual for a byb to show up at dog shows, try to chat up those of us who do show, pretend they are wanting to get into Yorkies or have one they want to show and are looking for a champion male stud service for a female they want to breed or try to buy a pup with champion lnes. They think we can be fooled. There are not many stories we have heard that we haven't heard before so it won't work anymore. It used to but too many breeders got burned. Once in a while it may work because either the show breeder was a little naive or unfortunately, there are some who really don't care. I have been approached several times at dog shows or via emails or phone calls. I have heard all the come ons for myself.

Let's all hope anyone researching her or Yorkies will Google and find her here first and be forewarned.

It's amazing how after an "outing" on Yorkie Talk how many BYB and the like make drastic changes to their web pages, ads, facebook's, and in how they represent themselves-good thing once posted things can't be removed here!
