| Noticed a great friend of mine that I already emailed and called right away has posted and thank you~ I see a little light at the end of the tunnel my other Mom has taken the baby in and has been nursing the baby some today!!! The strangest thing is that both girls have always been the best of friends. Both came into season the same day and both had babies within 12 hours of each other......I think my Stormy can tell that the baby is that of her dearest friend as she has looked for her when away from her babies. She keeps going the the couch, then the kitchen, then back to my bedroom when letting her out of the playpen from the babies.....but now I do think she knows that she is not coming back. Our precious Yorkies are so amazing My husband and I are just in disbelief with the love and care she is giving the baby....and I will post more pics when I can bear to look at them myself as have not added my Sweet Mom to my Album...yet, too many tears . I have cried til I cannot cry any more for now....and am making Stormy a special pudding recipe....and hubby has given her tons of treats.....for this moment my focus is on her...but unfort know it will not last for long and back in my mind again with so much hurt...but your posts are helping me get thru!!! Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooo much! |

| I am so sorry for you lost...I know it hurts, and my heart goes out to you. Thier is nothing that I know that can take the pain away...except time and the paryers that are being said for you and the little one that has been left to you. As far as breeding goes you need time to heal.....that will come, I know it seems like it will not right You are heart only feels the pain.... that will change, "Prayer changes Things." You and the baby are in mine. Blessing............... |

When i first read i immediately though of uterine rupture. I had it happen to one of my females years ago... she was expecting 5 pups, second pregnancy, free whelped first time... this particular time 4 out, and she started whining, vomiting and stumbling around... took her to the vets, did every possible test too... decided was time for an open surgery right there ... with my story the end was happy, even the 5th puppy removed by c=section made, but if i had not called for a c-section i am confident i would have lost her and the last pup ... found out she had 2 different ruptures on her uterus and got her spayed right there. I had my share of many c-sections... so many times... but if my "guts" are telling me to do so i call for a C-section. I hope this brings some light to you . Hope you are already better from the whole episode. XOXO

reading this is the SOLE reason I knew from the day I got Chanel my oldest and fell in love that I could never ever breed her - I was asked many time back then why I didn't consider it and always said the same thing - she's MY baby and I couldn't chance losing her I'm sorry you went through all this - I've read about it happening many times - the moms get very ill and some make it and others don't... I think your post about your little yorkie mom will maybe help the next person who is considering breeding - it isn't as easy as some think and tragedies DO happen hugs | |
