One of my girls was also bred on February 24 and February 26. My count of 63 days puts the due date at April 28 to April 30 (unless I counted wrong).
Anyways, good luck with your girl, she is awfully small.

You've been given some great advice. However, it appears you are still uneducated in breeding since you choose to breed your undersized girl anyway. I hope that she or the pups don't end up taking the consequences of your inexperience.

Wow, I just cannot be happy for you and your dog. I am very concerned for your dog. M Pennie is 6 months and 4 pounds, I look at her I cannot believe you bred such a tiny dog. Be prepared for a c-section.

You say you have been educating yourself yet you bred her at a year and a half! You cannot even do any OFA testing (hips and knees, etc) until they are 2 years old. Everyone knows this. I would never breed a yorkie so young.

Yorkies also mature slower, and they can continue to fill out up until 2 years of age.

As for the stud owner, she is 100% wrong about getting more pups the more you breed them. That is a myth. And a male needs 48 hours to re-build sperm so You need to skip a day and breed again.

Day 5 of her heat she was standing? that rarely happens so your girl must be further into her heat to have accepted him. Was she held in place for him or did he ties freely with her?

I guess your going to do what you want since you already bred her before coming here and asking for advice. You say you knew this was going to happen (neg replies), but what do you expect.

Advice at this point is moot. I hope she didn't get pregnant. and if your really set on breeding wait until she is older, have all the health tests done IF she gets big enough. She still may get a little bigger but I doubt it.

Your decision is one that no experienced breeder here would make and they are all much more qualified than any first time breeder. Your decision speaks volumes.

Breedings such as this have as much chance of being disastrous as they do of going relatively well. If you continue with this, I hope you get lucky for Miley's sake.

BTW, it's not you going through this. It's Miley and the risks are hers.

I rreeaallyy should have just gone to google instead of this. ( i have gone to to google, duh, but ok whatever nvm). Anyway, today she is 51 days, and I scheduled an appointment with the vet to do an x-ray on the 20th. She is due on April 28th. Last night I felt a puppy kick! They really have grown bigger, when they were little things I felt 2, though I hope she's carrying a third up in her ribs (safer sizes with 3 pups). She's been eating more than normal (sometimes less or not at all though), definitely got bigger, and on her 5th week, she gained a pound!

No, you should have had a good mentor prior to even embarking on this journey.

I pray your Miley doesn't suffer for your decision.

So when they were little you felt two huh? Now you're hoping there are three because they'll be safer? Safer for what. Oh, the c-section.I know it's not about her. I'm not real sure what your point is in telling anyone that you should have gone to google. I know why you didn't go to google. It's not because an intelligent person knows better. Is it? Because you want attention. If you can find someone to get attention from then that is where you will be. If you have to use an underage, undersized live animal to do so well be it. Part of me was going to refrain from giving you that pleasure.
You obviously didn't get your bitch from a respectable breeder. No respectable breeder would allow anyone like you to have thier baby. I'm scared to think about where she comes from. The same type of puppy prison that your stud lives in. Clearly you cannot afford a c-section.

*NEWS ALERT* If she needs a c-section it won't mater if there are three she will still need one. You didn't read that, did you? Even if she naturally whelps two she may still need one.
