dock or not? advice?

Okay... I went to Banfield at the Pet Smart off 400, ext. 14. I went in and asked if they docked tails and did dewclaws on yorkies. Their answer was Yes!! They said that they could not do it today, but could Monday and could not quote me a price today (since it was Sat.), but gave me a card with the name on it (the person that quotes their prices) and told me to call him on Monday and he could give me a price. I would also have to schedule it soon since they have to be done shortly after being whelped - a few days, she thought. So yes, they do dock tails and do dewclaws. Where did you say you got your information from? I just want to make sure that since others read this forum that they get correct information, so when reporting information for others, it needs to be correct.

Well of course they would.....Banfield being Banfield as well as VCA being VCA.....will do anything and charge you an arm and a leg for services.....not the best place to take a dog for even for nail clippiing.

I was talking about any changes to even be considered. And IMHO - I do not think that they well be making even any changes without very long thought to every word!!

If it is even considered it will be with very careful consideration.

Based on what we learned the last time it was opened; it can't be opened for another 5 years, however, it's up to AKC on whether we're allowed to or not......

I know what you were doing.....you don't put anything out there willy nilly.....as a reputable experienced breeder/exhibitor you make sure your ducks are all lined up in a row before putting information out there. All is based on knowledge & experience.

Would you do me a favor, and remove some of you editorial comments from your posts. Even if I agreed with you, I find your comments so insulting. Does that last sentence really add anything to your post, are you trying to imply that if people don't agree with you they are stupid? It's hard to respect your opinions when you seem to have so little respect for others.

I agree with Nancy on this and was actually going to comment on it but didn't know if it would do any good.
Seriously Frisco, I have read some of your other posts and you really have a lot to give to this forum, unless someone disagrees with your views, then you seem to resort to insults and rude comments.
